I am in the process of reinstalling a lot of stuff that was gorfed when
glint apparently mangled mu /usr fs. rpm from the command line appears
to be much safer than glint.

I came across this: /usr/X11R6/bin/xload is owned by both
procps-X11-1.01-7.i386.rpm
and
X11R6-contrib-3.1.2-6.i386.rpm

So I passed --replacefiles to rpm. Is there a supported mechanism for
extracting individual files from an rpm, for inspection, rather than
taking chances that no one ever builds an rpm that looks like a candidate
for --replacefiles but really isn't?

Thanks,
Kyle Ferrio
