Hi,
Today I tried to obtain some email techsupport
for applixware that I just received. All the
messages bounced with "Invalid Reg. Number,
please try again" type of message despite I
did enter the correct subject field and reg.
number of Applixware that was shipped to me;
I tried 5 different variations like:
[Registration #888888]
[Registration 888888]
[registration #888888]
(numbers are fictitious), and so on, then I decided
to try my old reg. number of RH 3.0.3 that I bought
in April... and it came through! Shouldn't it work
the other way around?? Anyone else experienced
the same problem trying to obtain support for
recently purchased software? Maybe Applix users
are not eligible for techsupport or Applix serial
numbers are not recognized by the autoresponder
as valid?
Regards,
Vlad
