If it's an 800 (or 888) phone number, do call them at night, press
'0' when you listen to their answering machine (this presumably lets
you leave a message) and make them listen to all your favourite CD's.
They will pay for it.
It doesn't really hurt to mark 1000 e-mail messages from the same address
and delete them all at once. A good way to deal with this scum would
be to subscribe them to 100 different news groups, I know there are
ways to do this, but I don't know how.
