not recognizing all of memory...

My original installation was done with 4.0, and I had 64 M of RAM;
it worked fine, but for certain applications, I needed more RAM to
reduce the amount of time I spend "swapping"... I just added some more.
I now have 128 Meg of RAM... linux only sees 64 Meg..
(no, I don't want to return to Mr. Gates' folly...) so, what / where do I
fix it?
As always, any help is appreciated...
