The 1.5 release is available in RPM form.  A quick archie lookup showed:

    ftp://ftp.dacom.co.kr/pub/Linux/redhat-incoming/sudo-1.5.2-1.i386.rpm

although I'm sure it is much more widely available.

sudo is *much* more selective -- you can set up a site-specific config
file that specifies which users can run which commands as the super-user.
