Yes, it does up to a point. On a heavily loaded server it core dumps.
If our news box gets above about 30 news readers and 8 news feeds,
ps afx no longer works. It does at low load. Looks like it is the
number of processes that makes it barf. And yes, we are using the
latest updated procps from the RedHat 4.0 updates directory.
