Remote Printing

I am having a problem with remote printing between two (2) RedHat
4.0 boxes. This setup worked fine when one box was a 3.0.3 and
one was a 4.0 box.
The machine that has the printer attached works great,(raven) but when
I try to print from the other (picard) 4.0 machine it doesn't work.
picard: waiting for queue to be enabled on raven

This printcap file worked fine before I upgraded:

I can telnet, ping, ftp between both machines.
Any idea's or suggestions what I have done dumb here ?
