Well since the digests have resumed after nothing for nearly a week, I'm
not too concerned about the situation. But not receiving any digests
suddenly, and getting no response from the company regarding their
termination, and getting no tech support after a month, was kind of
annoying -- to say the least. I hope they'll improve. Actually, I'm sure
they will. <g> They're starting from a low-enough level that "up" is
just about the only way they can go.

No, you don't always get what you pay for. RH promised tech support for
30 or 60 days. I figure mine hasn't started yet. I don't know what they
figure, because all I get from them are ticket numbers. No human being
from tech support has answered a question for me yet. Maybe I went
into this with the wrong idea, but I would *not* have sent them a credit
card number if they had not offered a little tech support. By my evidence,
they offer none. That's not what I paid for.

Best,

Lance
