True, I suppose... but since Red Hat isn't configured that way by
default, I see havning /usr/local/bin first in the path reasonable.
There are plenty of times I would want something from /usr/local/bin,
rather than /usr/bin, and I really don't want to have to mess with my
path every time... it can get -really- messy -really- fast when you
have to futz with paths.

Sounds intereneting... thought, I'm not "pepole at redhat". You have
made some good points, even though I may not agree with all of them.
