I have a 4.0 install, with a new kernel installed, almost everything
as modules. I have come charred, but more worthy, through the fire of
Intel EtherExpress 10/100 Networking.
However, for the last day or two now, I have been getting some errors:
IPX: Network number colision 7620
eth0 802.2 and eth0 SNAP
I did figure out how to do a
mars_new.init stop
now I am getting half as many errors, but still getting them. I
realize that I can recompile the kernel and leave out ipx, but, in the
true spirit of a nerd, I want it there just in case, but not in my
init stuff.
Which init scripts to I need to edit?
tia,
Rob
