How does one make mh work with qmail (My setup is RedHat Linux 4.0)

After I uninstalled sendmail and installed qmail, I tried to use MH.

1) First I tried to send a message to myself. `send' would not send
because it did not find `/etc/aliases.db'. Luckily, I had a backup.
But: is MH necessarily compiled so that it would not send
without /etc/aliases.db?

2) I now try to send a message to wierdlm@zebra where zebra is a
machine on msci.memphis.edu, my default domain (but not my machine; my
machine is `moni'). Here is the error I get:

wierdlm at zebra: loses; [USER] 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
send: message not delivered to anyone

I have this in /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts

	localhost
	wierdlmpc.msci.memphis.edu

I probably do not understand the purpose of rcpthosts, but I did not
think it should have any effect on *sending* messages. When I remove
/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts send works fine.

Is there anything else I should be concerned about ? For example: do I
have to have MH work with qmail's aliases?

Thanks a lot,

Mate
