How do I get ghostscript 3.33 to do PDF to ps conversions under Redhat 4.0,
3.0.3 had a /usr/bin/pdftops but 4.0 is lacking this binary although
/usr/share/ghostscript/3.33/dies have a pdf_2ps.ps file, but I'm not
sure how to run it.
