Linux and most other unix systems automatcaly know when your in PST or PDT.
Dos on the other hand is not so smart (big surprise). So DOS looks at the
BIOS clock and see the older time and uses it. So if you change the BIOS
clock then Linux is one hour off.
I can think of no total solution. But I've found the time stamps in dos are
of little use (I've also found that holds true with DOS itself!) so I only
worry about having the right time in Linux.
