sendmail wierdness

Hi
I am (still) waiting for my own domain name to be
registered/delegated. In the meantime, my DNS is already up and
running on my main machine and at my ISP.
I am having trouble sorting out a somewhat strange sendmail problem.
Whilst mail to/from user@archenland.interweft.com.au gets in/out
between myself and my ISP account quitre happily, I am having trouble
with mail to user@interweft.com.au
On the local host (archenland.interweft.com.au), using pine, I can
send mail to
user@interweft.com.au
but from my account on my ISP this mail bounces on archenland with the
error

(the mailerdaemon on archenland generates this).
In /etc/sendmail.cf I have
# who I masquerade as (null for no masquerading) (see also $=M)
DMinterweft.com.au,www.interweft.com.au,ftp.interweft.com.au
and
Cwinterweft.com.au
My DNS is set up with the MX records just fine and the mail is
arriving on archenland - it is just failing local delivery.
This is driving me NUTS - can anyone give me a pointer as to what to
check next???
