Redhat 4.0 supports NTFS??

Does anyone know if the latest 2.0.x kernel supports NTFS? I think
the kernel (2.0.18) that came with Redhat/Intel 4.0 is NOT able to support
NTFS--it incorrectly recognized NTFS as HPFS (used by OS/2). Please correct
me if I'm wrong. . .Thanks!
