Unlikely... if you're lucky the simple options are the same.

Learn [gtn]roff. Should be a manpage for groff... GNU did include one
for this, right? It'd be kinda silly not to. :)
Then take the output of 'diff --help' and groffify it.
You're better off learning how to use info, now. Type 'info' from a
command prompt or 'C-h i' inside emacs. Then just read the
directions... it should take you through a tutorial.
Slightly off topic.. does anyone at Red Hat have plans to straighten
out the info files. They're pretty much a mess right now. :-/ At
least an updated /usr/info/dir file that includes all the info files
that ship on the CD. Also wouldn't be a bad idea to add a tree for
the HOWTOs. If that's not gonna happen soo, I may take up that
myself... but I won't take the responsiblity of maintaining it. ;)
