Gee, I would have to agree with Erik's response, the new shirts are cool. I
did, however, have a problem with shipping.

I requested 2-day shipping billed to my credit card. Three weeks later I
still hadn't received my shirt, apparently because they incorrectly
took down both my city and street address. I'd say I was on the phone
at least 5 times with RedHat, but each time they were prompt
answering the phone and couteous once I was on the phone with them.

The main part of the problem seemed to be AirBorne Express as the
shipping agent. Even after they sent out a third shirt, I still
didn't get it because of the city, even though the ZIP was right.
Apparently RedHat is phasing out Airborne because of repeated
shipping problems (I think).

The last representative I spoke with was very helpful and sent out
another T-shirt with overnight delivery, plus took all shipping
off of the credit card bill. I'm very pleased that the people at
RedHat were concerned enough with this problem and courteous because
of the prolonged wait.

My next software purchase will definitely be from RedHat. They are
a good company with great service and excellent products (despite
shipping snags).
