One question, why do you have //hwin/d/hartr? Shouldn't it be
//host/sharename?
When you do smbclient -L yourNThostName, do you get error?
If so, try smbmount -I NT.IP.ADDR //hwin/sharename hwin
If this is not working, try to reset your share drive on NT without a
password. When it asks you for password during smbmount, press enter
should do it.
Also, in /etc/smb.conf, add the following lines in the [global] section:
workgroup = YourWorkGroupNameGoesHere
That's all I can think of... good luck.
