I have a box where I had to reinstall, (don't ask why, I goofed!)
Trying to setup my hosts and resolv.conf so that I can ppp to my ISP
I am using the scripts ppp-on and ppp-dialer included in the 4.0 release.
The script dials OK but when I telnet to my ISP the command prompt just
hangs there.
I friend of mine helped me set it up intially, I don't want him to make a
house call unless it is absolutely necessary.
I have my hosts file and resolv.conf setup ok. I think?
Is there anything else I should be looking for?
