PPP disconnecting ???

Have any of You ever seen such a entries in messages ?
This is log from Linux 2.0.18 (and 25 does the same).
PPP is from Linux to Cisco 2500.
This is 115200 connection on leased line - tested before on Slackware 2.3.0
When I upgraded this router to RHL 4.0 PPP keeps on disconnectiong/connecting.
It is rather iritating because You know - every 30 seeconds Your telnet just friezes.

If anyone is interested in it, I can provide /var/log/debug with debug
option in PPP turned on: my PPP keeps receiving echo requests.. until 'a moment' then it tries to reconfigure link.....
