I am trying to setup two machines to talk to one another over a
10Base-T crossover cable, one a 3.0.3 system and the other a 4.0.
On redhat where do you put the info about:

IP address
Broadcast address
Netmask
Gateway address

The Howto's I've read so far all refer to the Slackware setup of
rc.inet1 file. It looks like the file /etc/sysconfig/network/network-
scripts calls this info, but from where ?

I looked at the control_panel for networking, but I don't see that
info there either.

I'm trying to setup IP-Masquerading on the 3.0.3 system.

Any info, pointers or sample files much appreciated.

Thanks,
