Config Button Bar for RH4.0

Hi all,

Does anyone know how I can configure the Applications Button Bar to show
up on the bottom of the screen.  It alway start on the top of the desktop
or any free space desktop.

section of my .fvwm2rc95 start up look like this:

AddToFunc "StartupFunction"
+ "I" Module FvwmButtons ApplicationsButtons
+ "I" Module FvwmButtons Window-OpsButtons
+ "I" Module FvwmButtons SystemUtilitiesButtons
+ "I" Module FvwmButtons UtilitiesButtons
+ "I" Exec color-xterm



any suggestions ?
