Double Click to dismiss in FVWM95?

Is double-clicking to dismissthe defined behavior in parts of FVWM95?
For example, left-click on the root window, then left-click on About
FVWM95. Click "dismiss" (left or right). Nothing happens. Click again,
either left or right. The About box disappears. This sort of behavior
comes up in a few other places as well.
