can't load library 'libXaw.so.6'

Hi,
I have a problem to run some programs which need libXaw.so.6
libXaw.so.6 is symbolic linked to libXaw3d.so.6.0
but ldconfig -v doesn't show libXaw.so.6
How can I fix this problem?

ps. I upgraded to Redhat 4.0 from ftp.
