It shouldn't be. RHLL installs its own version of tcl7.5 if it can't

Ugh. I've forwarded this note to people who should be able to take
care of it.
We're aware of problems; we're doing everything we know how to do in
order to correct them. It's kind of a catch-22: we didn't have
enough people to handle the load, so we hired a bunch more people,
and they are new and make mistakes... :-/

Yes, that should solve your problem. I haven't heard of any problems at
all with the RPMs in the package, which are built with 4.0, and it's
been tested on a lot of different 4.0 machines, so it should solve
the problem.
