PERL support in INN1.5B2 with RedHat 4.0

Hello all. I have gotten INN1.5B2 build except for the PERL support.
When I enable PERL support, build fails at "perl.c" in the include
files "perl.h" and "proto.h". "perl.h" and "proto.h" are files
installed from the PERL install kit. I have tried building PERL
(5.003 Patch Lvl 6 and 7) with several different configurations and
still no go. If anyone out there are has got any suggestions, please
let me know. I really want to have INN1.5B2 built completely before I
deploy it.

Reasonable clients are a wonderful thing.
