The complete series being those dated Oct 16? These are:
         gcc-2.7.2.1-1.i386.rpm
         gcc-c++-2.7.2.1-1.i386.rpm
         gcc-g77-2.7.2.1-1.i386.rpm
         gcc-objc-2.7.2.1-1.i386.rpm

Also, my last concern was not answered. Will this affect the ability to 
compile c programs? Maybe I'm being too concerned.
