Win95 or Liunx for my ISDN LAN connection?

Okay... I am running two comparable machines (P133, 32 mb, 3gigs)
1 with Win95 and 1 with a freshly installed RedHat Linux 4
I have a nailed (24\7) ISDN connection to my ISP. I am using an external
Motorola BitSurfer PRO ( A Serial ISDN Adapter) and my ISP will route me 6
IP addresses.
Now the quesiton is:
Does anyone know how to best set my connection up on this small lan, so
that
I can run servers on both the Win95 Box (WWW & FTP) and the Linux Box
(Mail and MUD) so that they are both accessable via the internet? I have
no
preference as to where I plug the modem in physically, I just want to be
able to
designate an IP to each of these machines without buying a router.
Any help or references to some .docs or .faqs will be appriciated...
