We are releasing a few more bug fixes, which are (as always) available
from ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/
Here's a list of the updated packages, and a description of the
changes we have made.
MAKEDEV-2.2-7
correctly makes mcdx devices
initscripts-2.77
o fixes a bug which cased IP aliases not to work
o allows comments to be added to the static-routes file
o supports BOOTP (netcfg already allows you to set BOOTP support)
pam-0.50-22
disables strict password checking for root, and allows root to
turn off strict password checking altogether, by giving the
strict=false argument to the pam_unix_passwd module, like this:
passwd password required /lib/security/pam_unix_passwd.so strict=false
This enables system administrators to relax password security on
their systems.
ical-2.0p2-8
Saves calendar file in home directories correctly.
