I built and installed qmail from the original source rather than an RPM,
so I don't know the details of how the RPM is set up.  But in general, you
should remove sendmail before installing qmail.

Be sure to back up your sendmail.cf and any other sendmail configuration
before doing this, in case you decide to switch back to sendmail.
(Unlikely, as qmail works much better.)
