SCSI drive recommendation?

I am considering purchasing one of the following SCSI drives for a fresh
installation of Red Hat 4.0. Anyone have experience with either of these
or can make a recommendation of a drive in the US $350-400 price range?
I have a Bus Logic 948C Ultra SCSI card.
1. IBM Ultrastar ES - 2160 MB, 8.5 ms seek, 5400 RPM,
20 MB data transfer
Ultra SCSI, 5 yr warranty
2. Micropolis 4421 - 2 GB Aries 2, 9.0 ms seek, 5400 RPM,
10 MB data transfer
Fast SCSI 2, 5 yr warranty
