Hi folks,

  Just thought I would let you know that that the Install problems, are not
just 
with SCSI, as I get the same results with my ide maxtor drive and Yosemite
S1346 
Enhanced ide controller. starts to install and boom, craps out.
    
 I tried playing with CMOS .. Various partitions and sizes .. and I've 
reinstalled so many times, I'm about at the end of my rope.

Although I do get error messages like:
 
                        Protection fault: 0000                           
                        CPU 0
                                  
and so on.
