VM Popclient Question

I've been seeing a lot about people using fetchmail and
fetchpop for their mail on this list and gather they are
good. But I use VM with XEmacs, which I like a lot, because
I guess I'm familiar with this, but I just wanted to ask
if anyone else using VM knows a way to incorporate fetchmail
or fetchpop into it's operation. Right now I use the command
vm-spool-files to get mail.
