I think the easy way is to use procmail (What can i say) you will have to
do the following:

Make a .forward file in you home directory with only this line:

|/usr/bin/procmail 

And, yes it is a pipe and then the path to your procmail.

Then in your .pinerc do the following:

incoming-folders=filter/redhat-list

And your .procmailrc should have the following entry:

# Redhat-list
:0:
* ^TOredhat-list
redhat-list

You then have to restart pine. And everything should work properly...
