Problem with netcfg and usercfg

I reported these problems ages ago, but no-one seems to have picked up on
them.
1) In the routing section of netcfg, the buttons at the bottom are
unusable - only about 2 pixels high. I have deleted and reinstalled netcfg
twice and verified the installation - I am running netcfg-2.12-1
2) I cannot run usercfg-2.3-1. It verifies fine but when I try to run it I
get...
