Just like the subject line says...
1. I cannot print worth a damn with my printer. I try to print a plain
text file and all I get out of that thing is junk:

I don't know if any further modification of the printcap will help. I
am using a Canon BJ-100 but I designated it as a BJ-10e (that worked
with NT). Also when I get this fixed can I print pages in Netscape?
Also I cannot use backspace with my setup. I guess it has something to
do with my mapping when I first set up my box. Someone on the list also
mentioned that his mapping was screwed when he went from 303 to 4.
