Has anyone tried to install RH4.0 with HP SureStore CD-Recorder
successfully?
I have Adaptec SCSI 2940UW card in the PC. I have got the SCSI
recognized, but not CD-R device.
Tried with install from hard drive but had big problems with gcc
package. The package has "+" in its name and can not be correctly
copied to hard driver from CD-R by win95 file manager.
Can not recompile kernel without gcc!
Any help is greatly appreciated.
