Help?? Trying to get GUS card up on Redhat 4.0

Hi folks,
This is not strictly redhat-specific, but I'm trying to get this
Gravis Ultrasound card to work with my current setup (Redhat 4.0
Linux, kernel 2.0.18, Pentium 166) and having problems.
Here is a post I made to the Gravis Ultra list:

And I got more information by upgrading the BIOS on my ASUS
