No sure idea.

But please let me know if you find anything.

From Windows, the only things I know of are Trumpet Winsock, and Core 
Winsock, then MS has something for WFW TCP/IP add-in (Free)

I've heard of something for DOS but I can't remember.  It might cost $$$;
But hopefully not too much since DOS is going bye-bye.

Would you be willing to "Roll Your Own" ?  Is it for a custom app. ?

go@ao.com found the source code for a SLIP somewhere...  I hope he won't
mind the reference. (Gary Oliver, Alpha Omega, Inc.)
