Try it from the rpm - works like a charm. However, as you point out, a lot of
FORTRAN code is awful. I have problems with programs that use REAL as an
agrument where the function accepts INTEGER. FORTRAN seems to silently convert
- f2c complains. However, most of the cases I've seen the argument turns out to
be the wrong one and got typed IMPLICITly. f2c is a great way to fix buggy
FORTRAN (even if you don't know what the code is supposed to do ;-).
