I threw away the software I wrote. I've always meant to write some
again, but only twice has there ever been a power outage long enough
to make my shut down my system -- both times due to Hurricane Fran,
where I expected to shut down. I've got over 2 hours, and I haven't
had enough reason to write the software and do it right this time.
(My state machine was not quite deterministic. Oops...) If I ever
get the time, I'll add it to one of the existing daemons, I expect.
I've meant to work with Alessandro Rubini's network-aware powerd,
but haven't had enough reason.

I did have it logging anomolies, but most of them were when I turned
my laser printer on.

You can tell the Best units how sensitive to be to glitches, and it
keeps track of the reason each time the inverter is activated. It
tells you each time the inverter is activated, and then you can
query it for the reason.
