You can 'manual login' with trumpet and login to your Linux box. Make sure the
account you login to starts PPP, and of you go. Alternatively you van start pppd
and point it to the serial port, when trumpet starts there will be no login,
the connection will start imediately. (remove getty from inittab for that port)
