Try ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/incoming/dhcp-5.13beta-2.i386.rpm.  This is
the latest version of the ISC (http://www.isc.com I think) DHCP server.  It
has some problems because the DHCP protocol uses a 255.255.255.255
broadcast that Linux cannot provide.  The documentation in the rpm provide
some kludgy work arounds but these create problems of their own.
