No.

Just in case you're interested (and in my opinion it's worth doing) you
can get more out of your monitor and this card than 1024x768.

I have the same card, and with a 17" monitor have it running "Sun's resolution"
of 1152x900.  This is significantly larger than 1024x768, and I think you'll
appreciate the difference.  If you want the X file I use to configure this
then let me know.
