Hey all,

I have RH 4.0 w/SVGA XF86 server running. My monitor is a Packard Bell
3030 (17" - very nice), which is of course not listed in the
Xconfigurator setup. My card/driver is Cirrus Logic 5430(?) or so,
which is listed in one of the CL5430-5434 ranges in Xconfigurator.

While I have no problems with my "custom" monitor settings, in which I
successfully use 1024x768, 800x600, and 640x480 modes (at 8-bit - only
1MB vram), I don't know how to make the X-server use the power-saving
features that the monitor has.

Any ideas?

P.S. BTW, In Win95, it works fine. Not that this helps w/XF86 though.
:-)
