hello,
another newbie question.....confusing ELF and a.out..
during compiling txmix program, i got the following errors
localhost<root>[258]% make
gcc tkmixer.o -ltcl -ltk -lX11 -lm -o tkmixer
ld: cannot open -lX11: No such file or directory
make: *** [tkmixer] Error 1
libX11.a resides in /usr/X11R6/lib and /etc/ld.so.conf has the directory.
what am i missing here?
