Hi.
RedHat-4.0
a persistent problem ...
when I exec xterm, cursor keys (up,dn,lft, rght,PgUp, PgDn) in vi,
less, mc work perfect.
If I startup screen in the xterm, and then try e.g. "mc", it comes
up, but pressing cursor keys (up,dn,lft, rght) only inputs "ABDC" letters
on the mc command line. But PgUp, PgDn and Insert work fine.
Similatly with vi in the screen -- PgUp, PgDn work fine, but
up,dn,lft,rght don't.
Anybody has the same on their system ?
Anybody without these problems ? (may reply privately)
Any hints ?
thanx,
Jan
