how can you live with no java support in netscape?
get a copy of libc.so.5.2.18 and put it in /usr/local/lib/netscape/lib
then use the following scripts to fire up netscape
#!/bin/sh
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/netscape/lib
/usr/local/lib/netscape/netscape $*
netscape executable assume in /usr/local/lib/netscape and don't
forget symbolic link libc in /usr/local/lib/netscape/lib.
