I presume you mean a .procmailrc. It is:

PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:$HOME/bin
MAILDIR=$HOME/Mail
DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/mbox
LOGFILE=$MAILDIR/proc-log

:0:
* ^Subject:.*test
IN.testing

:0 c
backup-the-mail

$rpm -q procmail
procmail-3.10-9

Procmail *does* work when I posprocess the mail with the script
supplied on the procmail man page.
