rpc.yppasswdd uses the /usr/lib/yp/pwupdate script to update
passwords. Wouldn't be bad if RedHat Folks could check if a
/etc/ypserv.conf file exists, parse it to see if the Server entry is
correct, and then run "/usr/lib/yp/pwupdate passwd"

This would be quite good.

BTW: Someone made a yppasswd-0.9-2.i386.rpm, nice work, but you didn't
look at all the patches I made before in that package. You forgot to
apply the Patch that changed xmail with mail in
pwupdate. Unfortunatly, this makes it pwupdate impossible to notify
the Site Admin of an error if it exists.

even mailx package is: rpm -qlp mailx-5.5.kw-6.i386.rpm
/bin/mail
/etc/mail.rc
/usr/bin/Mail
/usr/lib/mail.help
/usr/lib/mail.tildehelp
/usr/man/man1/Mail.1
/usr/man/man1/mail.1

I think however he included shadow pwd support as the Binary is quite
big compared to the RPM-version I released. I didn't release a
Shadow aware Version of it since the one I have working here is a
horrible patch, and I can change the password only once, since the
rpc.yppasswdd terminates afterwhile. don't ask me why. I'll give it
atry as soon as I got some time.
